- Live website with business name clearly displayed
- MSME/GST Certificate or current business bank account statement
- Professional business email address (e.g. support@yourbusiness.com)
- Facebook account with active Business Portfolio and no policy restrictions
- Mobile number NOT already registered on WhatsApp
- Valid Visa credit or debit card for Meta billing

Missing any requirement may cause onboarding delays or verification failure.

### Part 1 — Connect WhatsApp Number (Step by Step)
1. Log into BotBee dashboard
2. Select "Connect Account" under WhatsApp Tab
3. Click "Connect WhatsApp" then "Connect WhatsApp without Catalog Permission"
4. Login to Facebook account and allow requested permissions
5. Select business portfolio (or create new portfolio if none exists)
6. Click "Start with a new WhatsApp Phone Number"
7. Select "Create a New WhatsApp Business Account" and "Create a new WhatsApp Business Profile"
8. Enter Business Account Name and select business Category
9. Click "Add a New number" — enter number NOT on WhatsApp yet
